School. House. Launch Careers.
We are building learning compounds — places where individuals are educated, housed, and launched into apprenticeship careers. We need $3.6 million to open the first compound. Every gift brings us closer.

Goal: $3,600,000 — First IBM Compound, San Antonio TX
What a Compound Is
This is not a program. It is a place. A physical address where transformation happens across three integrated pillars.
School
Residents receive structured education — financial literacy, life skills, vocational training, and biblical leadership. Not a class. A curriculum for a new life.
House
Safe, stable residential facilities. The compound is home first. Without a roof, nothing else sticks. We provide housing for the full duration of the program.
Apprenticeship
Residents graduate into employer partnerships and apprenticeship tracks — arriving at their first day of real career with skills, a network, and God-given confidence.
