Leadership & Governance
You deserve to know who leads this charity, how it's governed, and where the money goes. Here it is, plainly.
Founder & Chief Executive
Jeremiah Van Wagner founded Inspire Build Motivate with one conviction: that individuals flourish when education, stability, and opportunity share one address. He leads the $3.6M campaign to build the first learning compound — a school, a house, and an apprenticeship launchpad on one campus. Read the founder's story →
Board of Directors — In Formation
We say this plainly because trust is built on candor: our governing board is being formed now. We are recruiting independent directors against a published competency plan — finance (CPA), legal, child welfare, construction, education, and fundraising — with an Advisory Council serving as the on-ramp. Names and bios will be published on this page as directors are seated.
If you are an experienced professional who believes in this mission, we would like to meet you.
Governance & Transparency
Registered charity
Inspire Build Motivate, Inc. is a faith-based 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 46-2696332. Gifts are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
Where the money goes
One-time gifts made through our donate page route via PayPal Giving Fund — which means 100% reaches the charity, with no processing fees taken from your gift. Every dollar points to one thing: building the first learning compound.
Policies
Our conflict-of-interest, whistleblower, records-retention, and child-safeguarding policies are drafted and moving through legal review and board adoption. Executed copies will be published here as downloadable documents — including the safeguarding standard we are adopting before any program ever opens.
Where we honestly are
We are at vision stage: no campus yet, no programs operating yet, no children served yet. What exists today is a registered charity, a working fundraising and communications operation, and a $3.6M campaign to build the first compound across three tri-state regions. We will never report more than what's real.
